Length judgement
Judge a mouth from a glimpse, while some correct answers quietly pay more than others
What it looks at
Two things at once. The first is how well you tell two nearly identical mouths apart from a glimpse, which is a matter of plain accuracy.
The second is what rewards do to you. One of the two mouths wins virtual cash more often than the other, and most people start leaning towards it when they are unsure. That lean is neither a mistake nor a virtue: it describes how strongly a payout pulls your choices. Answering what you actually saw is the only sensible approach.
How to play
A face appears with either the shorter or the longer mouth, shown for a moment and then gone. Press the left arrow for shorter and the right arrow for longer, or tap the buttons.
Some correct answers win 5p of virtual cash and some win nothing, so a face that pays nothing does not mean you were wrong. There is no message when an answer is wrong either.
There are 90 faces one after another, and the run takes 3 minutes at this pace.
